Happiest I’ve been with a delivery service. Emails in advance of the delivery helped to coordinate additional info for the drop off. Customer service followed up a week later (Thanks Ana!) to confirm my package was in fact received. Unheard of (for the most part) from delivery companies. Would absolutely recommend using FleetOptics over larger known competitor options.

I live in an apartment and deliveries are sometimes undelivered but Fleetoptics made the delivery smooth and without any issues. Nothing new to me as they have delivered to me on several occasions. Normally I have to have deliveries sent to a different address but knowing FleetOptics was the delivery service I had no worries to have it delivered to my address. Great service. More companies should use your service. Thank you

FleetOptics regularly delivers my packages and the service is exceptional. The packages are always delivered in the time frame indicated. Great care is taken with the packages and the customer service is wonderful. If I contact them to ask for a special request when dropping off the package, they are very accommodating and always check to make sure that the package was delivered safely. I would definitely recommend this delivery service to friends or family.
