This initiative allows Nespresso customers to simply leave their used pods at their doorstep for our team to collect, creating a hassle-free experience and promoting environmental sustainability.

At FleetOptics, we recognize the importance of convenience for our clients. With our new Nespresso returns service, customers can effortlessly recycle their used pods. Just leave them at your doorstep and our dedicated team will take care of the rest. This service is a testament to our commitment to delivering comprehensive, user-friendly final mile logistics solutions.
Sustainability in Action
Our new service isn’t just about convenience; it’s a significant stride towards a greener future and supports Nespresso’s goal of achieving 100% recycled capsules. Since our drivers are already delivering Nespresso parcels to customers’ doors, it’s a logical step to collect used pods for recycling at the same time. This initiative simplifies recycling for consumers and ensures that used pods are processed at Nespresso’s designated recycling facilities.
The aluminum from the pods, which is infinitely recyclable, is melted down and reused. As of 2022, Nespresso ensures that all Original and Vertuo capsule lines are made of at least 80% recycled aluminum.
As for the coffee grounds, they’re converted into high-quality compost and distributed to local farms in Quebec and British Columbia. By facilitating returns directly from consumers’ doors, we’re eliminating extra trips to the post office, thereby reducing carbon emissions.
