- Optimizing resources such as vehicles, delivery routes, and warehouse operations to reduce waste, emissions, and energy consumption
- Promoting fair and safe working conditions for our delivery teams, including road-safety training and standards of performance
- Reducing noise pollution, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions, through the increased use of zero-emission vehicles (electric, cargo bikes) and waste-minimization practices
